We strive to display product images, descriptions, ingredients, packaging, colours, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, packaging, labels, and product appearance may vary due to differences in screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, supplier packaging updates, or handcrafted production processes.

Many of our products are handcrafted, custom-made, blended, poured, bottled, labelled, or packaged by hand. Minor variations between batches, packaging, colour, scent strength, maceration, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Certain products, including bespoke perfumes, personalised fragrances, custom-labelled products, consultation services, educational services, and made-to-order items, are individually created for customers and may differ slightly from sample images or previous batches.

All product descriptions, pricing, ingredients, availability, packaging, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or limit any product or service at any time.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, reseller, business, region, or order at our sole discretion.

Certain products offered by spOIL'tique Beauty & Perfumes are made-to-order, custom-made, personalised, specially sourced, pre-ordered, blended, macerated, or manufactured specifically for a customer. Such orders may not be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Estimated processing, production, sourcing, maceration, dispatch, and delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

All purchases are subject to our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy available on our website.

Customers purchasing products for resale, distribution, wholesale, affiliate, agent, or business purposes remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, labelling requirements, and industry standards within their area of operation.

All prices displayed by spOIL'tique Beauty & Perfumes are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, wholesale rates, reseller rates, affiliate rates, consultation fees, bespoke perfume fees, educational services, shipping fees, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed or quoted at the time your order is placed and confirmed. Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, price changes will not affect that order.

Certain products, including bespoke perfumes, personalised products, pre-orders, specially sourced items, wholesale orders, and made-to-order products, may require additional processing, production, sourcing, or maceration time before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing;
• Public holidays;
• Weather conditions;
• Strikes or labour disruptions;
• Government actions;

Risk in and responsibility for products passes to the customer upon collection by, or transfer to, the courier, shipping provider, collection point, or customer representative.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or redelivery requests may be charged to the customer.
